"MANY A FALSE STEP WAS MADE BY STANDING STILL"
So it's been nearly a week since I blogged anything...alot can happen in a week....in the blink of an eye that time is gone. What if you had started your new fitness routine a week ago....how much of a habit would it already be? How much closer to your goals would you be? We often look at 'what we need to do' as this intimidating mountain of shoulds....so high that we are afraid to take that first step. And yet we all know all the cute little sayings....'a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step' ...etc. etc.....but why are our minds suddenly blank when it comes to taking that first step.
Isn't it time that you started your journey? Haven't you put things off long enough? How about today? Why not take 1 step on that path? Let's take that mountain in front of you and take one step onto it!
You know what it is that you want to do...let's do 1 thing to get it started. And then let's repeat that action everyday for a week and see where we end up.
