Are you achieving what you set out to? Do you even know what you're are trying to achieve? Too many times I have worked with clients who say 'I want to be fit'. Sounds good. But what does that look like? How does a 'fit' person appear? Do they wear certain clothes or eat certain food? Are they short or tall?
Or clients will say" I want to be successful" . Again...what does that look like? Is that a corner office? Is it a name plate on your door? Is it a bonus cheque at the end of the year?
If we don't take the time to really get a clear picture of what we want, how will we know if we achieved it? Take the time to think through where you want to be a year from now. Get a clear picture in your head of what that looks like then start the journey towards it.
